INGREDIENTI

- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (60g)
 - 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
 - 3g dried seaweed
 
Condiments
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp miso
 
Toppings
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
 
PASSI
Rehydrate the dried seaweed according to package instructions and drain the water. Separate the broccoli into small florets, place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until tender. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, and miso to create the dressing. Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and rehydrated seaweed to the bowl and toss gently. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
