INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 2/3 radish, sliced into 1cm thick pieces
- 10 dried anchovies
- 🧅 1/2 onion, roughly sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, diagonally sliced
- 2 tbsp rice wine
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
PASSI
Slice the radish into 1cm thick pieces and optionally round the edges to prevent breaking during cooking.
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, mirin, minced garlic, and ginger powder to create the seasoning sauce.
Layer sliced onion at the bottom of a pot and place radish slices on top.
Add water until the radish is almost submerged, pour the seasoning sauce over, and add dried anchovies. Cook on high heat.
Once boiling, add rice wine and reduce heat to medium. When the radish is halfway cooked, add sliced green onion and simmer until the liquid reduces.
