INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g beef
- Red pepper to taste
- Oyster sauce to taste
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥬 300g cabbage
- 🥦 3 asparagus stalks
- 🍢 150g tofu
PASSI
Wash and drain all vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until fragrant.
Add beef to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add other vegetables in the order of your preference and cook until desired tenderness.
When cabbage is almost wilted, add tofu and stir gently.
Add oyster sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
