    • 🍄 1 handful oyster mushrooms
    • 💧 50ml water
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 💧 3 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Rinse the bean sprouts under running water and drain. Separate and wash napa cabbage leaves, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of enoki and oyster mushrooms, wash lightly, and tear into smaller pieces. Prepare thinly sliced beef for cooking.

Layer the bottom of a pot with napa cabbage and bean sprouts.

Place the sliced beef on top of the vegetables, then add enoki and oyster mushrooms.

Add 50ml of water to the pot, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Once steamed, the beef and vegetables will shrink in volume. Serve with your favorite sauce.

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water, sesame oil, and sesame seeds until the sugar dissolves.
