    • 120g soaked glass noodles
    • 1 chopped green chili
    • 🥒 1/4 diced zucchini
    • 🧈 1/2 block diced tofu
    • 🧅 1/4 stalk chopped green onion

    • 3 cups anchovy-kelp broth
    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
    • 🧂 A pinch of black pepper

Dice the beef into small cubes.

Chop the green chili and green onion, and dice the zucchini and tofu.

In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add the beef and chopped vegetables to the pot and cook until tender.

Turn off the heat and add the soaked glass noodles. Stir and serve.
