INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
Beef Marinade
- 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp sake
 
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
 
PASSI
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce and sake.
Slice the celery diagonally and thinly, and cut the carrot into 1cm wide thin slices.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef, celery, and carrot.
Once the beef changes color and is cooked through, add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
