INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thighs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of dried parsley
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🍅 200g canned whole tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100ml water
PASSI
Slice the onion thinly, trim and separate shimeji mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
Add onion and shimeji mushrooms to the pan, sauté until softened, then add all sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with dried parsley.
