- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 20g milk
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 🍌 1 mashed banana

PASSI
Mash the banana with a fork. Use overripe bananas for better flavor.
Cream softened butter and sugar together using a hand mixer.
Gradually add the egg in 2–3 portions, mixing well each time.
