INGREDIENTI
- Main Ingredients - 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped green onion
 
- Seasoning - 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 💧 1/2 cup water
 
PASSI
Mix soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, water, and chopped green onion to create the sauce.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and lightly fry in oil until golden brown.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu and simmer on medium heat.
Flip the tofu pieces and spoon the sauce over them to ensure even coating.
Cook until the sauce is reduced and the tofu is well-coated, about 10-15 minutes.
