INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g napa cabbage
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion
 
Seafood
- 🦐 1/2 cup dried shrimp
 
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 1 tsp salt
 
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1-2 tbsp perilla powder
 - 1 tbsp perilla oil
 
Liquid
- 💧 8 cups water
 
PASSI
Wash the napa cabbage thoroughly.
Slice the napa cabbage thinly.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat a pot over low heat and add 1 tbsp of perilla oil.
Add dried shrimp and sauté lightly.
Pour 8 cups of water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Add the napa cabbage and simmer until tender.
Add the green onion and simmer briefly.
Add 1-2 tbsp of perilla powder and simmer for a final minute.
Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.
