    • 1 pack udon noodles
    • 4 strips bacon
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 1/6 paprika
    • 🧅 1/4 onion
    • A small amount of chives
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • A pinch of black pepper

Slice bacon, onion, and paprika into bite-sized pieces. Cut chives into thirds.

Boil udon noodles in boiling water for 1.5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté with onion and bacon.

Add paprika to the pan and continue stir-frying until all ingredients are half-cooked.

Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble the egg on the empty side.

Mix the scrambled egg with the other ingredients in the pan.

Add boiled udon noodles and the sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine) to the pan.

Stir-fry all ingredients until the sauce is well absorbed. Add a little water for a moist texture if desired.
