INGREDIENTI

- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water and add 1/2 tbsp salt.
Blanch the oyster mushrooms in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
Drain the mushrooms, rinse under cold water, and squeeze out excess moisture.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat.
Season with 1 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.
Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
