- 🥑 1 avocado, diced into 2cm cubes
 
Seafood
- 1 can (190g) of mackerel in water
 
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
 - A pinch of pepper
 
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
PASSI
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel, then dice into 2cm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the canned mackerel and break it apart while lightly stir-frying.
Add the diced avocado and stir-fry for about 1 minute over medium heat.
Add ponzu soy sauce and pepper, then stir-fry to combine evenly.
