 - 2 cups cornstarch
 
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 💧 1/4 cup water
 - 1/4 cup mirin
 - 🧂 2/3 tbsp sugar
 - 1/3 tbsp ginger powder
