INGREDIENTI
Base
- 🌮 1 tortilla
Meat
- 🥩 1 handful ground beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 Some zucchini
Cheese
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese as needed
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
PASSI
Chop all vegetables finely and prepare them.
Heat a pan with a little oil, add ground beef and chopped vegetables. Add soy sauce, sugar, and garlic powder, then stir-fry.
Cook until the liquid released by the vegetables evaporates and the mixture becomes thick.
Place the tortilla on a plate and spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over it.
Top with mozzarella cheese as desired and microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
