Cooking Oil
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A dash of sesame oil
LANGKAH
Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice it into even thickness.
Combine the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, green onion, chili powder, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil) in a bowl and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with cooking oil and place the zucchini slices on it.
Pan-fry the zucchini slices until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the cooked zucchini to a plate and drizzle the prepared seasoning over them.
