BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2-3 chili peppers, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, chopped
Optional Ingredients
- 🌾 1-2 tbsp flour
- 1-2 tbsp tempura flour
LANGKAH
Chop all vegetables including onion, carrot, and chili peppers. If making for kids, omit chili peppers.
Mix the canned tuna, chopped vegetables, and 3 eggs in a bowl until well combined.
Add 1-2 tbsp of flour or tempura flour to the mixture to help bind the ingredients.
Shape the mixture into small round pancakes. Optionally, create fun shapes for kids.
Pan-fry the pancakes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot. Optionally, garnish with seaweed or other decorations for added presentation.
