Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 bok choy, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2-3 tbsp curry powder
LANGKAH
Finely chop the bok choy. You can substitute with other vegetables if preferred.
Finely chop the onion and carrot.
Dice the ham into small pieces. Prepare any leftover ingredients from your fridge.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion, carrot, and ham for about 2 minutes over high heat.
Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for an additional minute over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and mix in 2-3 tbsp of curry powder until evenly combined.
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked rice with the stir-fried vegetables and curry mixture.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more curry powder if needed or extra rice if too salty.
Shape the mixture into round rice balls of your desired size.
