BAHAN-BAHAN
- Base - π 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
 
- Protein - π 50g sashimi-grade tuna
- π 50g sashimi-grade salmon
 
- Toppings - π₯ 1 egg yolk
- π° 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- A pinch of shredded seaweed
- π§ A pinch of chopped green onions
 
- Seasoning - π§ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
- π§ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
 
LANGKAH
Cut the tuna and salmon into 2cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, grated garlic, and sesame seeds. Add the tuna and salmon, and mix well.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with shredded seaweed, the marinated fish mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center. Garnish with chopped green onions.
