Tuna and Avocado Salad Roll

BAHAN-BAHAN

  • Rice

    • ๐Ÿš 400g cooked rice
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 2 tsp sugar
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • Fish

    • ๐ŸŸ 150g sashimi-grade tuna
  • Egg

    • ๐Ÿฅš 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • ๐Ÿง‚ A pinch of salt
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Vegetables

    • ๐Ÿฅ‘ 1 avocado, sliced
    • ๐Ÿฅ’ 50g cucumber, halved
    • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • Seaweed

    • 2 sheets of nori
  • Condiments

    • ๐Ÿ‹ 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

LANGKAH

Slice the avocado into 3mm thick pieces and coat with lemon juice. Halve the cucumber vertically.

Cut the tuna into 2cm thick strips.

Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl to make sushi vinegar. Pour over cooked rice and mix gently.

Mix eggs, mirin, and salt in a bowl. Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the egg mixture, rolling it into a tamagoyaki. Slice into halves.

Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat. Spread half of the sushi rice evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and flip over.

Layer tuna, cucumber, tamagoyaki, and lettuce on the nori. Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.

Lay avocado slices on plastic wrap. Place the roll on top and wrap tightly. Repeat for the second roll.

Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with mayonnaise.
