BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- ๐ฅ 3 eggs
- ๐ฅ 1/2 avocado, diced
- ๐ 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ๐ 1/2 can of tuna, drained
- ๐ง Butter for greasing
Seasonings
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- ๐ฅ 3 tbsp milk
- ๐ง 2 tbsp grated cheese
- ๐ฟ 1 tsp chopped parsley
LANGKAH
Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes, and drain the canned tuna.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add all the seasonings (โ). Mix well, then add the avocado, tuna, and parsley.
Grease the inside of a ramekin or small oven-safe dish with butter. Pour in the egg mixture and place the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking until the center is fully cooked.
