- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
LANGKAH
Separate the wheat rice cake into 5-6 strips for easier skewering.
Insert the rice cake strips onto skewers.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over low heat and fry the skewered rice cakes until golden.
Place the fried rice cakes on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a pan and simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Brush the prepared sauce generously onto the fried rice cake skewers.
