BAHAN-BAHAN
- Protein - ๐ 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- ๐ฆ 8 peeled shrimp (120g)
 
- Vegetables - ๐ฅฆ 1/2 head (100g) broccoli
- ๐ฅ 2 small potatoes (180g)
- ๐ง 1 clove garlic
- ๐ 8 cherry tomatoes
- 15 black olives
 
- Dairy - ๐ง 60g pizza cheese
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp olive oil
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Tomato Broth - ๐ 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- ๐ง 400cc water
- ๐ง 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
 
LANGKAH
Cut the broccoli into 8 pieces. Quarter the potatoes, soak in water, and lightly drain. Microwave the potatoes in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 3 minutes at 600W. Slice the garlic thinly after removing the core.
Cut the chicken thigh into 8 pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Skewer combinations: chicken with 3 black olives, shrimp with 2 broccoli pieces, and potato with 2 cherry tomatoes. Make 4 skewers of each combination.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the tomato broth ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add all skewers except the potato and tomato ones, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6 minutes.
Add the potato and tomato skewers, cover, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle pizza cheese over the pot, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
