BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 handfuls green onion, chopped
- 3-4 tbsp cornstarch
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Chop the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and onion finely. Slice the green onion thinly. Prepare 3-4 tbsp cornstarch and 1 egg.
Drain the tofu and mash it thoroughly.
In a bowl, mix the mashed tofu, chopped vegetables, egg, salt, sesame oil, black pepper, and cornstarch. Combine well.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a suitable amount of cooking oil. Shape the mixture into patties and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with ketchup or tonkatsu sauce, or enjoy plain for a healthier option.
