BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
 - 🧅 4 green onions, chopped
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
 - 2 green chili peppers, deseeded and chopped
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - A pinch of sesame seeds
 - 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
 
LANGKAH
Chop the green onions, onion, and deseed and chop the green chili peppers. Adjust the chili peppers based on spice tolerance.
Mash the tofu with a knife or fork. Use soft tofu for a smoother texture.
Heat 4 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, add the chopped vegetables, and stir-fry until softened. Add 2 tbsp of chili powder and cook on low to medium heat to create chili oil.
Add the mashed tofu to the pan and mix well. Stir-fry until combined.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the mixture. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp of sesame oil and a pinch of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve over rice.
