- 🥬 2 cups chopped kimchi
- 1 cup kimchi juice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup rice flour
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

LANGKAH
Take out firm tofu from the fridge for better texture.
Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Chop half an onion finely for better presentation.
Add 1 cup of rice flour (or substitute with all-purpose flour or pancake mix).
Prepare 2 eggs for the batter.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Adjust the batter's consistency with kimchi juice and add 1/2 tsp salt.
Spoon the batter into a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
