BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥛 300g tofu
- 14 pieces inari skin
- 🥕 70g carrot
- 40g chives
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
- Sushi sauce as needed
- Flakes as needed
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the carrot and chives.
Cut the tofu into flat pieces and grill them in a dry pan until golden brown on both sides.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the carrot until softened.
Season the carrot with a pinch of salt.
Add the chives to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Combine the grilled tofu, stir-fried vegetables, and a dash of pepper in a bowl.
Add flakes and sushi sauce to the mixture and mix well to create the filling.
Squeeze the inari skins to remove excess liquid.
Fill each inari skin generously with the prepared filling.
