BAHAN-BAHAN
Essential Ingredients
- 1/3 block tofu
- 150g pancake mix
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
Optional Ingredients
- A pinch of soybean powder
LANGKAH
Remove excess water from the tofu using a cloth.
Mash the drained tofu in a mixing bowl.
Add sugar, cinnamon powder, and pancake mix to the bowl and mix into a dough.
Shape the dough into small round balls (6–7 pieces).
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20–25 minutes. Alternatively, fry in preheated oil at 160°C for 4–5 minutes.
Sprinkle soybean powder on top and serve.
