- 🥦 Broccoli, 200g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 🥕 Carrot, 1 piece (thinly sliced)
- Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
LANGKAH
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Prepare broccoli and carrot as needed.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken thigh skin side down until golden brown.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir until thoroughly coated.
