Lemon Filling

LANGKAH
Cream the butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and salt, mixing until smooth.
Add cake flour and combine into a single dough ball.
Spread the dough evenly in a pan and poke holes with a fork to prevent puffing.
Bake in a preheated oven at 70°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool and crumble.
Whisk eggs with sugar lightly, then add lemon juice, zest, and sifted cake flour. Mix until smooth.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press the crumbled crust firmly into the base.
Pour the lemon filling over the crust and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Cool the baked bars, then refrigerate for 1 hour to set the filling and crisp the crust.
