BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 whole squids
- 🥕 1 handful of julienned carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🍄 1 pack of enoki mushroom
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking syrup
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Rinse the cleaned squid and score it using a julienne knife for even cuts.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing all the listed ingredients.
Prepare and chop all the vegetables, except enoki mushrooms.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok and sauté minced garlic to create garlic oil.
Add all vegetables except enoki mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp of the prepared seasoning to the vegetables and stir-fry to season them.
Add the squid to the wok and stir-fry with the vegetables.
Add the remaining seasoning to the wok and stir-fry everything on high heat.
Cook for about 5 minutes, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
