- 🍖 200g pork tenderloin
- 🥚 1 pack quail eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Cooking Liquid
- 💧 500ml water
LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients: pork tenderloin, quail eggs, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and water.
Add water to a pot and carefully place the quail eggs inside.
Add vinegar and salt to the water to prevent eggs from breaking.
Boil the water, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Immediately transfer the boiled eggs to cold water.
Peel the quail eggs by shaking them in a sealed container to create cracks for easy peeling.
Boil water in a separate pot and add the pork tenderloin once the water is fully boiling.
Skim off any foam that forms on the surface for a cleaner taste.
Check the pork by piercing the thickest part; it should be tender and fully cooked.
Shred the cooked pork into bite-sized pieces.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to the pork cooking liquid.
Add the shredded pork and peeled quail eggs to the pot.
Simmer until the liquid is almost fully reduced.
