BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍲 Soft tofu 1 block
- 🥓 Pork belly 100g (thinly sliced)
- 🥚 Egg 1 piece
Seasonings and Aromatics
- 🧄 Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Gochujang 1 tablespoon
- 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- 🧅 Spring onion 1 stalk (thinly sliced)
Soup Base
- 💧 Water 400ml
- 🍗 Chicken broth powder 1 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry garlic and pork belly.
Add gochujang and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add water and chicken broth powder, and bring to a boil.
Break the soft tofu into pieces with a spoon and add to the pot. Bring to a gentle boil.
Crack an egg in the center of the pot, reduce the heat, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions to finish.
