    • 🍲 Soft tofu 1 block
    • 🥓 Pork belly 100g (thinly sliced)
    • 🥚 Egg 1 piece
  • Seasonings and Aromatics

    • 🧄 Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
    • Gochujang 1 tablespoon
    • 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
    • Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
    • 🧅 Spring onion 1 stalk (thinly sliced)
  • Soup Base

    • 💧 Water 400ml
    • 🍗 Chicken broth powder 1 teaspoon

LANGKAH

Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry garlic and pork belly.

Add gochujang and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add water and chicken broth powder, and bring to a boil.

Break the soft tofu into pieces with a spoon and add to the pot. Bring to a gentle boil.

Crack an egg in the center of the pot, reduce the heat, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
