LANGKAH
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice the eggplant into 1-cm thick rounds.
Mix the ground meat with salt, soy sauce, and sugar thoroughly.
Stuff the bell peppers and the surface of the eggplant slices with the meat mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Place the meat side down and cook on medium heat until browned.
Cover the pan and steam-fry on low heat for about 5 minutes.
