BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
 - 🌱 200g of bean sprouts
 
Additional Ingredients
- 🍄 100g of enoki mushrooms
 - 🥕 1/2 carrot (julienned)
 
Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
 - 🧄 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
 - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
 
LANGKAH
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and trim the base of the enoki mushrooms.
Drain the oil from the tuna and place it in a pan without any oil.
Add the bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, and julienned carrots to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil and mix well.
Once everything is well mixed, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
