BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head aged kimchi, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, chopped
Meat
- 🐖 600g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
LANGKAH
Chop the aged kimchi into small pieces.
Mix the pork belly with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Prepare the vegetables: slice the onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and chop the green onion.
Stir-fry the kimchi with 1 tbsp sugar until translucent.
Add the marinated pork belly to the pan and cook until partially done.
Add gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, black pepper, and chili powder. Then add all prepared vegetables except perilla leaves.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the julienned perilla leaves and stir briefly.
