BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🐖 600g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 green chilies, sliced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
LANGKAH
Prepare 600g of pork shoulder and place it in a 26cm frying pan.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat to remove any pork odor and enhance flavor.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce to season the pork.
Add 2 tbsp corn syrup for a glossy finish, 1 tbsp sesame oil for nuttiness, and 1 tbsp mirin to further remove odors.
Mix the seasonings thoroughly and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry until softened.
Slice red and green chilies, and chop green onion diagonally.
Add the chilies and green onion to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes over high heat.
Turn off the heat and serve the stir-fried pork hot.
