BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🍄 2-3 handfuls oyster mushrooms
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage, shredded
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
LANGKAH
Prepare the ingredients. Shred the cabbage and tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat and add minced green onion to create a fragrant green onion oil.
Increase the heat to high and stir-fry the shredded cabbage for 1-2 minutes.
Once the cabbage starts to soften, add the oyster mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Season with pepper and adjust the taste with salt if needed. Serve immediately.
