BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 cup dried anchovies
 - 🌰 1/2 cup walnuts
 - 🌰 1/2 cup almonds
 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp canola oil
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 
LANGKAH
Prepare walnuts and almonds. Choose your preferred nuts.
Dry roast anchovies in a deep frying pan over low heat until they turn white and dry.
Spread the roasted anchovies on a flat surface, remove debris, and let them cool.
Roast almonds and walnuts in the same pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooled anchovies to the pan with the roasted nuts.
Add 1 tbsp of canola oil and stir-fry the mixture.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar beforehand, then add to the pan.
Stir-fry on low heat until the seasoning is evenly absorbed.
Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
