- 10 stalks wild chive
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
LANGKAH
Boil water with 1 tbsp salt, blanch napa cabbage leaves, rinse in cold water, and drain well.
Slice wild chive, green chili, and red chili into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Fold the sides of each cabbage leaf and roll them tightly.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp perilla oil and pan-fry the cabbage rolls until golden brown.
Place the cooked cabbage rolls on a plate and drizzle the sauce over them.
