BAHAN-BAHAN
- Protein - 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
 
- Seafood - 5g dried wakame
 
- Vegetables - 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🧅 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
 
- Seasoning - 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
 
LANGKAH
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for about 10 minutes, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
Julienne the cucumber and slice the green onions diagonally into 4cm pieces.
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes and drain any excess liquid.
Once cooled, shred the chicken breast by hand into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and yuzu pepper to create the dressing.
Combine the shredded chicken, wakame, cucumber, and green onions in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well and serve.
