BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
LANGKAH
Peel and thinly slice the onion.
Peel the squid and score the inside with zigzag cuts.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pan with the sliced onion.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan.
Mix the squid, onion, and sauce thoroughly by hand.
Stir-fry on high heat for about 5 minutes.
Optionally, add green onions, perilla leaves, or chives and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
