LANGKAH
Cut the spinach into small pieces.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped spinach and onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour the whisked eggs into the center of the pan and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt evenly.
Cook until the eggs are just set, stirring lightly.
Sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on top before serving.
