    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
    • 2-3 green chilies, chopped
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
    • a pinch of black pepper
    • 🧂 to taste salt
    • to taste soup soy sauce

Slice the onion thinly, chop the green onion and green chilies into small pieces.

Mix red pepper flakes, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, cooking wine, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.

Drain the oil from the tuna can and mix the tuna with the prepared seasoning sauce.

Layer sliced onion at the bottom of a pot, add the tuna mixture on top, and arrange sliced tofu neatly over it. Pour 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Once the stew boils and the broth reduces slightly, add chopped green onion and green chilies. Adjust the seasoning with salt or soup soy sauce as needed.
