BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 squid tentacles
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 3 cm carrot
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- a dash sesame oil
- a dash black pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
LANGKAH
Prepare all the ingredients as listed.
Mix the seasonings together until the sugar dissolves completely.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the green onion to make scallion oil.
Add the remaining vegetables, squid tentacles, and the prepared seasoning mix to the pan.
Cook for 1 minute, then add half a cup of water and continue cooking over medium heat.
Add the green chili and cook for another minute.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving for added flavor.
