BAHAN-BAHAN
Mushroom
- 🍄 6 medium-sized shiitake mushrooms
Oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp spicy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tsp chopped green onion
- 🌰 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Wash the shiitake mushrooms and trim the stems using scissors. Use a knife to carve flower patterns on the caps.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, spicy sauce, and gochujang in equal proportions to create the marinade.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and place the mushrooms in the pan.
Use a spoon to apply the marinade on both sides of the mushrooms.
Flip the mushrooms frequently to prevent the marinade from burning. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
Arrange the mushrooms on a plate. If the flower patterns are not visible, use chopsticks to redefine them.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame seeds as garnish before serving.
