BAHAN-BAHAN
- Base - 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1.5 cups water
 
- Vegetables - 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
 
- Protein - 200g pork, sliced
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu, cubed
 
- Seasoning - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 
LANGKAH
Chop the onion, zucchini, and green chilies into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the gochujang until fragrant.
Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
Add pork to the boiling water and cook until it starts to turn opaque. Then add garlic and soy sauce.
Add the chopped vegetables and sugar to the pot. Stir and let it simmer.
Add cubed tofu and simmer until the stew thickens slightly.
