BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 3 cups cooked rice
- 7 tbsp crushed seaweed flakes
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of ground pepper
Filling
- 100g small Spam, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 7 tbsp mayonnaise
- A dash of ground pepper
Scramble
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥦 2 tbsp chopped broccoli
- 🥕 2 tbsp chopped carrot
- A small amount of cooking oil
LANGKAH
Dice the Spam finely and sauté over low heat without oil until lightly browned.
Add the finely chopped onion to the Spam and sauté until the onion is cooked through.
Transfer the sautéed Spam and onion to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
Mix the cooled Spam and onion with mayonnaise and a dash of pepper to create the filling.
In the same pan, add a small amount of cooking oil and scramble the eggs with chopped broccoli and carrot.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the cooked rice, adding a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, and crushed seaweed flakes.
Shape the rice into flat rounds using your hands.
Place a generous amount of filling onto each rice round.
Cover the filling with more rice and shape into round balls.
