BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- π 1 serving of wheat noodles
Vegetables
- π₯ 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Sauce
- πΆ 200g tofu
- π₯ 1/2 cup milk
- π₯ 1/2 cup soy milk
- π§ 1 tbsp sugar
- π§ 1/2 tsp salt
- π° 2 tbsp almonds
- π° 1 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Boil water in a pot and cook the wheat noodles for 4β5 minutes, adding cold water twice during boiling for chewy texture.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain them in a colander.
Julienne the cucumber into thin slices.
Prepare the soy milk sauce by blending tofu, milk, soy milk, sugar, salt, almonds, and sesame seeds until smooth.
Place the noodles in a bowl and pour the soy milk sauce generously over them.
Top the noodles with julienned cucumber as garnish.
