BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 500g radish, julienned
- 🧅 50g green onion, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp sea salt
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients as listed.
Julienne the radish into thin strips.
Finely chop the green onion.
Place the radish in a large bowl and add 4 tbsp sugar.
Add 0.3 tbsp sea salt and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Do not discard the water released from the radish; keep it in the bowl.
Add 5 tbsp chili powder to the radish mixture.
Pour in 3 tbsp vinegar.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Add the chopped green onion and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, then mix again.
